Austin Theory to miss WWE SmackDown, Grayson Waller has no clue when he’ll return – Selambe

There’s been a growing rift between WWE Tag Team Champions Austin Theory and Grayson Waller, as both of their egos have proven somewhat difficult to mesh together.

DIY tried to exploit that weakness and turn these partners against each other on SmackDown in Scotland last week, and the segment ended with Austin Theory laid out again.

Earlier today, Waller addressed his partner’s status for tomorrow’s SmackDown in a video on social media. According to Grayson, his best mate will miss the show due to “pretty serious dental surgery” that was caused by DIY’s “immoral and disgusting” actions in Scotland. What’s more is that Grayson doesn’t know when Austin will return:

Waller decided to fight fire with fire by also commenting over the video from 2017 where Tommaso Ciampa turned heel on Johnny Gargano in NXT. The point is that Gargano and Ciampa are a bunch of hypocrites when they call out Waller and Theory over the state of their partnership.

Even though Theory apparently won’t be on SmackDown tomorrow, Waller thinks he’ll have an easy time qualifying for the Money in the Bank ladder match when he faces Kevin Owens and Andrade in a three-way match.
